1. Scope
These terms apply to all courses, trial classes and workshops of Drive Sports Academy Zug.
2. Registration
Registration is made in writing or via the contact form and is binding once confirmed. [Details to follow.]
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the courses page. Subscriptions are payable in advance. [Payment deadline / method to follow.]
4. Cancellation and absences

5. Cancelled lessons
If a lesson is cancelled by the club, a replacement date will be offered. [Details to follow.]
6. Liability and insurance
Participation is at your own risk. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Please report health restrictions before the first lesson.
7. Photos and video
Photos and videos may be taken during training, performances and events. They are only published with consent; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
8. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zug.
